For prospective students who are considering attending Capilano University for an upcoming term, an information session with one of our Recruitment Advisors is a good place to start. Recruitment Advisors are available for additional
program information that cannot be addressed through website referrals
and/or referrals to other service departments. Recruitment Advisors can also provide general information on the admissions process and on important dates and deadlines.

specific questions and issues. Drop-in sessions are offered on a first-come
first-served basis each day. Pre-booked 30 minute advising sessions are also
available for students, and should be booked two or more days in advance.
Students from the Sunshine Coast campus or Squamish Learning
Centre, or those who are unable to come to the Registrar’s Office for an
