Accommodation
Capilano does not have on-campus housing. Students have three options for accommodation: stay with a host family in a homestay environment, stay in fully furnished housing pre-arranged by an accommodation company, or find accommodation on their own.
1. HOMESTAY
Homestay includes a private, furnished room, three meals per day, and access to laundry facilities in a family environment.

2. FULLY-FURNISHED
An agency arranges suites, apartments, and rooms that are rented for a fee each month including all furnishings and utilities. This accommodation is usually shared with other students.

The North Shore News advertises housing listings online in the classified advertisement section of www.nsnews.com
Bulletin boards located around campus have ads for a variety of accommodation. You can also find postings in some businesses in the areas in which you might like to live, for example, Laundromats, food stores, bookshops, or community centres.
Please note: areas convenient to Capilano are Deep Cove, Dollarton, Blueridege, Lynnmour, Lynn Valley, Lonsdale, North Burnaby, East Vancouver.
