The Capilano Program Awards (CAPP)

The Capilano Program Awards (CAPP) recognize specialized talents and qualifications required in individual program areas and are awarded to incoming, high-achieving learners entering a particular area of study. Twenty-six (26) CAPP awards are available in the form of a tuition fee waiver for up to a maximum of $1,500* for one term applied towards the student's tuition upon registration at the University.

*Home Support/Resident Care Attendant program - a maximum of $750 is awarded to a student in each intake of the program (September and January)

Eligibility

Students must have a minimum average of 70% if entering directly from high school, or a minimum GPA of 2.5 if transferring from another post-secondary program. Students must undertake studies of 12 credits or more at the 100 level or higher for the term the award is granted at Capilano University. Criteria differ from program to program. Details are listed below.
