New Levels: N1, N2, N3, N4, N5
* Note: N3 has been inserted between
the former Level 2 and Level 3.

Test Fees: CAN$70.00

Application Process

1. You can access the application form and the payment form from this site below. .

2. Type in the designated areas of the application form and of the payment form.
*** Please see the NOTE below.

3. Print off two copies of the completed forms. Keep one copy for yourself and
send the other copy to Capilano U.

4. Payment can be made by mail, by fax, or in person
* The test fee is non refundable.

For box number 3, Name, and box number 5, Date of Birth, please ignore
the boxes and type as you would do normally

For box number 7, Native Language, please see the Test Guide pp.17-18 to
find the language code number.

For any other information, please also see the Test Guide pp17-22 .

Do not type in box 22, Mailing Address, unless you want your test results
to be sent to a different address than you typed in box number 8.

1. If you require special arrangements, please refer to the "Special Arrangements Guidelines" below.

2. A "Request Form for Special Arrangements" must be submitted together with the 2010 JLPT application form,
payment form, and the Test Fee.
