Cap Paralegal Program Sets a High Bar (Nov 2015)
The Law Society has approved Capilano U's new CE civil litigation course designed and taught by Deb Jamison, and is giving 6 hours of professional development (PD) credit for it towards the 12 hours of annual required PD. Robert Diab, a faculty member at Capilano U, recently had his book, Guatanamo North, published. In November, Robert will be speaking at a panel discussion at UBC defending his position in the book that Canada's anti-terrorism laws go too far. Ian Mulgrew of the Vancouver Sun will be one of the panelists.
