Engineering – First year

DESCRIPTION

Modeled on first-year Engineering at UBC.

Upon completion, students are eligible for

admission to second-year engineering at UBC,

SFU and UVic. Leads to careers in electrical,

civil, mechanical or environmental engineering.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

High school graduation or equivalent.* Pre-calculus

12 (A), or both Calculus 12 (B) and Pre-calculus

12 (B); and both Physics 12 (B) and Chemistry

12 (B); and English 12 (C-) or equivalent.*

Engineering Transition Diploma
2 years (61 credits)

Transfers to second-year studies
