FIPPA compliance at CapU

FIPPA compliance at CapU:

  • Ensures appropriate collection, use, access, disclosure, storage, retention, and disposal of personal information by the university;
  • Manages requests for correction of personal information in the custody or under the control of CapU;
  • Employs reasonable security arrangements for the protection of personal information in the custody or under the control of CapU; and
  • Receives and responds to complaints about possible unauthorized collection, use or disclosure of personal information.

Responsibilities
