Paying for personal printing

When you become an employee, you receive a PaperCut account that is linked to your employee card. The PaperCut account allows you to load credit so that you can pay for personal printing and photocopying on campus.

When you print to any printer on campus and choose to charge to your personal account, the appropriate cost is deducted from your PaperCut account.

Please note that credit on your PaperCut account is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person. Should your account be inactive for more than two years, any remaining balance is considered unclaimed and can't be transferred.
