The Medical Assistant program is a full-time, eight-month program beginning in September. The program offers specialized education for students which includes: medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, clinical procedures, office diagnostic procedures, assisting the physician, specimen collection, medical transcription, medical office procedures, financial recordkeeping and computerized medical billing.
