The Liberal Studies BA has emerged as
a dynamic incubator for aspiring elementary educators to take on research projects
related to education while fulfilling the admission requirements for Elementary
Education at numerous BC universities, including SFU and UBC.
In addition to their coursework in the Arts and
Sciences, Liberal Studies students can take
up to 21 credits in other Faculties,
including the School of Education and Childhood Studies. Explore the Capilano University Calendar for the full
range of possibilities.
When completing their Tutorials and Graduating Projects, students in this Pathway frequently work with instructors in the Humanities, Education and Childhood Studies, Music, Outdoor Recreation, Sciences, Social Sciences, and Theatre.
