Requests for prior learning assessment should be made in person through the specific faculty area. The applicable course tuition and any exceptional fees must be paid in full prior to the assessment of the request. No course standing will be issued if any University account is outstanding.

Request for Transfer Credit forms submitted by mail should be sent to the Registrar's Office. Requests will be processed once all the required information (i.e. required official transcripts and/or course outlines) has been received.
Request for Transfer Credit forms submitted by by fax should be faxed to the Registrar's Office at 604.984.1798. Requests will be processed once all the required information (i.e. required official transcripts and/or course outlines) has been received.
To request transfer credit, substitution or exemption in person, please bring your student ID or picture ID to the Registrar's Office in the Birch Building at the North Vancouver campus. You will be asked to complete a Request for Transfer Credit form.
