Wolf Draegestein, MA, CHRP is a Workplace Educator and Coach with 20 years expertise in transactional and transitional Human Resources and Organizational Behavior . His passion is the design and delivery of educational programs for employees in the workplace, students at the college and university level entering the workplace, and to coach clients in transitions. He possesses excellent intercultural communication and management skills and applies those in his work with his multicultural clients. He enjoys consulting at all levels of an organization.
His past engagements include: Intercultural Merger Consultant at Daimler/Chrysler, HR Officer at Celebrity Cruises "for which his ship the "Infinity" received the Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Award "Best Large Cruise Ship in the World", in all Customer Service categories, for the years 2004 and 2005", Interim VP HR at Destinator Technologies, and Acting HR Director at the Inn at Laurel Point, "the hotel receiving the "Education in the Workplace Award" from the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce for 2008". He has also taught classes at various universities in Canada and Germany.
