An American original, singer songwriter Dan Hicks creates folksy-jazz, stitching together a collage of western swing, jazz, tin pan alley and country music. Known for his eclectic style, wit and humour, he formed the original Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks in the late 60s, releasing five popular albums. After going solo, Hicks re-assembled the Hot Licks in 2000. Expect an evening full of hits - "How Can I Miss You When You Won't Go Away", "The Piano Has Been Drinking", "I Scare Myself", and more classics.
