      • Discover if Capilano University is the right fit for you: attend a free Explore Capilano General Information Night to meet with faculty, ask questions, and visit the campus.
      • Learn more about your selected program: attend a free Program Information Meeting.
      • Explore immediate information about our programs: use the Program Search Tool for Applicants (which allows applicants to search for program admission requirements, application notes and program start dates) to choose a program that you are interested in and review the application comments, admission requirements, start dates, and application deadlines. Or, check the Capilano University Calendar to obtain additional information pertaining to your selected program, such as required courses, course prerequisites, and length of program.
      • Obtain one-on-one help: Once you have chosen your program and applied, please book an appointment with an Admissions and Academic Advising Officer who can help you choose the right courses.
    • BC high school student currently in Grade 12? Self-report your grades for early admission.

      Throughout February, self-report your interim grades to Capilano University for an early admission review. You will receive notification of the status of your early conditional admission in March. Please follow this link to self-report your grades

      New Applicant: never applied to Capilano University

      New applicants to Capilano University must complete the application process:

      • You must apply through ApplyBC on the ApplyBC website.

      Returning or Current Student Changing Programs

      All returning students who have not attended Capilano University for a major term, which is either the Fall term (September to December) or Spring term (January to April), must reapply to Capilano University. You must apply through ApplyBC,

      Current Students who want to change programs or move to the next level of a program, must submit a new application. You must apply through ApplyBC

    • English Language Requirement

      English is the language of instruction at Capilano University. Therefore, all students must meet the English Language Requirement. All students must have a level of English sufficient to write assignments, understand class lectures, and take part in class discussions.
