FEE PAYMENT GUIDELINES FOR FALL 2010 TERM 
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

Fee Payment Deadline For Fall 2010 Term 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Credit cards are no longer accepted for domestic tuition payments.  Go to Payment Options for more information.

 

Full payment for all registered courses must be received in the Cashier's Office by 4:00pm on Tuesday, August 24th, 2010.

Alternatively, a fee deferral request (see Fee Deferrals on the Financial Aid website: (http://www.capilanou.ca/services/financial/financial.html) must be received in the Financial Aid Office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20th, 2010, Fee Deferral forms are available in the Financial Aid Officr BR238 or from the financial Aid Website http://www.capilanou.ca/services/financial/financial.html. 

All students with outstanding balances as at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24th, 2010 who do not have an approved fee deferral will be degregistered from all of their Fall 2010 courses. Waitlisted students will not lose their waitlist positions as a result of deregistration.

Important Fee Payment Deadline Dates for the Fall 2010 Term

August 20th(2:00pm)

Fee deferral requests must be received by the Financial Aid Office to avoid deregistration.

August 24th(4:00pm)

Fee Payment Deadline - Full payment must be received by the Cashier’s Office to avoid deregistration.

August 24th and 25th

Registration system closed (in-person and web registration) for deregistration due to unpaid fees.
Students will not be able to add, drop or waitlist for courses.

August 26th

Registration system re-opens for students to add, drop, and waitlist for courses.
Fees for all courses added after this date are due at the time of registration.

September 20th

Student accounts that have an outstanding balance as of this date will be charged a $50 Late Penalty Fee. Students with a Fee Deferral, or who are sponsored, are exempt.

October 15th

Student accounts that have an outstanding balance as of this date will be charged a $50 Late Penalty Fee. Students with a Fee Deferral, or who are sponsored, are exempt.

November 19th

Student accounts that have an outstanding balance as of this date will be charged a $50 Late Penalty Fee. Students with a Fee Deferral, or who are sponsored, are exempt.

PLEASE NOTE: THE CASHIERS OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FOR PROCESSING AS OF 4:00PM, AUGUST 24TH, 2010 AND WILL RE-OPEN AT 8:30AM, AUGUST 26TH, 2010.
