Fee Deferrals

A fee deferral process has been implemented to prevent eligible students from being deregistered. To be considered for a Fee Deferral, a completed Request for Fee Deferral form (available on the Financial Aid and Awards website:http://www.capilanou.ca/services/financial/financial.html) and documentation confirming approval of funding and the funded amount(s) must be submitted to the Financial Aid office no later than August 20th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
Examples of eligible sources of funding for fee deferral requests: 
Student loans, scholarships, awards and tuition waivers, third party sponsors (i.e. First Nations, HRSDC), student lines of credit through financial institutions, study grants.

To confirm their Fee Deferral has been approved, students can login to the Student Information Web Service at http://www.capilanou.ca and select "View Holds" under the Student Records menu.
