All first time applicants must apply for admission. Apply online via the Post-Secondary Application Service of British Columbia. PASBC

Returning Students

Returning Capilano University students who do not attend classes for a Fall or Spring term must apply for readmission . Students who wish to change programs must also apply for readmission. Apply online via the Post-Secondary Application Service of British Columbia. PASBC

There are two ways to apply:

1. Apply Online

i. Apply online via PASBC (Post-secondary Application Service of British Columbia).
Note: Please make sure you have cookies enabled in your Web browser.

ii. Submit Application fee. You may choose to pay this fee online when you submit the online application, or you can follow the instructions for submitting payments by mail or in-person. Application fees vary as per the information outlined below:

  • A $40 application fee is required for new domestic applicants (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents) and all applicants who are applying for readmission
  • A $125 application fee is required for international applicants
  • The $40 application fee for returning students may not be charged for program changes that are considered to be a continuation in the same discipline (ie. Business Diploma change to Business Degree). If you have any questions, please contact admissions@capilanou.ca

iii. Submit Supporting Documents. Official high school and post-secondary transcripts (if not previously submitted). Official transcripts may be delivered in-person to the Capilano University Registrar's Office or Mail to:

2. Apply in Person or by Mail

Print an Application for Admission/Readmission  (PDF) form from the University website. Application forms are also available at the reception area at all Capilano University campuses.
