(NORTH VANCOUVER, B.C.)—The 2005 graduating class of Capilano College’s three-year Illustration and Design/Elements and Applications (IDEA) program is holding their annual grad show April 19 to 21 at the Harbour Centre, 555 West Hastings Street in Vancouver from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The show, as always, will be a strong one with works by a select group of students. On average, only one in five applicants is accepted into the program. All 26 participants are trained in both illustration and design, and in both traditional and digital media, in an intensive hands-on program.

Over the years, the city’s creative community has made this show a must-attend event because Capilano College graduates have consistently shown that they are among the most talented and best trained new designers and illustrators in the country. Many previous program graduates have gone on to become industry leaders. This year’s graduating class promises to uphold the tradition.

Join us for this opportunity to meet the next generation of the country’s most accomplished young visual communicators.
