      (NORTH VANCOUVER)--Margaret Somerville, founding director of the McGill Centre for Medicine, Ethics, and Law at McGill University, will speak at a Dohm/Koerner lecture held at Capilano College on Saturday, March 23 at 4 p.m. The event will take place in the Library building, room 322 at 2055 Purcell Way, North Vancouver. Admission is by donation to The Capilano Review. Parking is $2. Somerville will explore the value conflicts raised by ethical situations when the question is asked, "Is it right?"

      Somerville is Gale Professor of Law and professor in the Faculty of Medicine at McGill. She is also the author of The Ethical Canary: Science, Society and the Human Spirit (2000) and Death Talk: The Case Against Euthanasia and Physician-Assisted Suicide (2002).
