 Q&A with BBA grad Dennis Pang

Today we're launching a new series called Home Grown, featuring Q&As with accomplished Capilano U alumni. First up is Dennis Pang, CEO of Motive8 Media and co-founder and marketing strategist for Popcorn. Dennis graduated from Capilano University's Bachelor of Business Administration degree program in 2010, and is currently a Board member on Capilano U's Alumni Association.  

What advice do you have for first year you? 
I would tell first year me that it's not a sprint to the finish, but a marathon. I made a commitment that I would complement my formal education with real-world experience. So that meant juggling a full-time job and taking three to four courses per semester. For six years I was stretched pretty thin, but in the end I came out of it with both the education and experience that I needed to get a good start on my career.
