      Intro to Mindfulness Meditation

      Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to life that helps you to quiet your mind and live in the present moment.
      We will practice mindfulness meditation and learn strategies for cultivating mindfulness in our daily lives.
      A growing body of research shows that mindfulness helps to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety.

      January 22- March 12 ( excluding Monday February 12)

      Join us for these weekly guided mindfulness meditation sessions. These half hour sessions will allow you to learn and practice
      meditation in a supportive group setting.
      Beginners and experienced meditators are both welcome!
