The Advisor is available to help facilitate challenging meetings or to be present to provide support if a meeting is becoming unproductive. In addition, the Advisor is able ot meet with groups (e.g. a class of students or a team of employees) and an instructor or manager and facilitate a dialogue to manage difficulties.
