        2017/18 Residence Fees

        Most rooms are shared accommodations for two students. In your room, each of you will have a bed, storage, desk and chair, and closet. No matter where you are in CapU Residence, you will always be connected to WiFi. Enjoying meeting friends in the common lounge and sharing experiences. Universally accessible washrooms and showers are on every floor with partitioned stalls to ensure your privacy. Learn more about the Building and Rooms.

        Imagine not having to cook! Your fees include a daily meal plan that provides a range of healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options in the dining hall.

        The 2017-2018, all-inclusive, fee schedule is shown in the following table:

        Optional Meal Plan Add-Ons (Summer Only)

        During the Academic Year, all students are provided with $500 dining dollars in each term to be used towards purchases at food vendors on our North Vancouver campus. During the Summer Months, we recognize that not all students will be attending classes and will be offering dining dollars as an optional add-on service.

        Dining dollars can be added on in the following amounts. Students will be prompted with the option to select an amount during the application process.

        $250 Dining Dollars

        $500 Dining Dollars

        Students who choose to add dining dollars when they apply for residence will benefit from the ability to make tax-free purchases at on campus vendors from May to August 2018. In order to ensure that these dollars qualify for tax-free status, all unused dollars will expire on August 25, 2018.

        Please Note: On-campus food vendors operate on a reduced schedule during the summer months, with some sites closed entirely. For more information please contact Dining Services.
