Sending Email to Your Students

      • As a faculty member, you can send email to all the students in your class using a special email address. Follow the instructions below to find out what the email address is for a specific class you are teaching.

        1. Go to Employee Self-Service and enter your username in the Username field and your current password in the Password field.

        2. Click Login.

        3. From the Main Menu, click Faculty Services.

        4. From the Faculty Services menu, click Class Lists and Wait Lists.

        5. From the Class Lists and Wait Lists menu, click Class List.

        6. Select the current term and click Submit.

        7. Select the class and click Submit.

        8. On the Summary Class List screen, click on the envelope email icon.

        9. The link will open a new email with the email address of the class list. Make a note of this email address for future use.
