        iCAP (Integrated Classroom Advancement Project) 2017


        What is it?
        This is the annual project to add/remove/replace classroom technology and fixtures that is outside its lifecycle and refresh the operating system. As an outcome this will provide upgraded computers, projectors, audio, visual systems, furniture, lighting, flooring and software in classrooms and student labs. The project team is a collaborative effort of IT Services, Facilities, Registrar’s office, and Purchasing.

        Why are we doing it?
        To provide a clean and safe environment conducive for all students to learn

        IT Website Rebuild


        What is it?
        We are updating the IT Services website in order to provide our audience with an easy way to get information about IT Services and what IT Services offers. The goal is to provide our users with clear and consistent content on the website that is easy to navigate. We strive to provide a better overall user experience to address the most frequent, high impact IT Services issues and requests.

        Why are we doing it?
        In order to provide a better user experience that allows users to quickly find clear answers to common IT Services issues and requests.

        MAC Servers Upgrade


        What is it?
        The scope was to upgrade our old MAC servers with new servers that are running current OSes 

        Why are we doing it?
        We want to make sure that our MAC servers and management environment is up to date so that we can avoid issues and have a stable environment, get better: availability, performance, security, usability, etc.
