      (NORTH VANCOUVER, B.C.) – The Women’s Studies department at Capilano College, as part of the Honourable Thomas A. Dohm, Q.C. lecture series, presents Oxfam Canada’s B.C. coordinator, Miriam Palacios, on Friday, November 25 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Library building, room 321. Palacios will discuss Globalization: How Women's Rights Are Being Traded Away – a presentation on women working in the textile and manufacturing industry. The College is located at 2055 Purcell Way in North Vancouver. Admission is free. Parking is $3.
